Steps for usage:

Step 1: Cleanse. Start with clean and dry skin. Wash your face and any exposed areas gently to remove dirt and sweat.

Step 2: Apply Before Sun Exposure. Apply sunscreen generously at least 15 minutes before going out in the sun. This alows your skin to absorb the product properly.

Step 3: Amount Matters. Use enough sunscreen to cover all expoed skin. As a general guide, apply about a teaspoon (5ml) to your face and a shot glass worth for your body.

Step 4: Even Application. Spread the sunscreen evenly over your skin. Don't foraet easily overlooked areas like ears. neck. and the back of your hands.
