*** How to use
Click the bottom of the pen until the formula starts appearing on the sponge tip applicator. (It will take about 30 clicks for the formula to appear when you first purchase the product). Apply a thin layer over the eyelids then blend with your fingertips, makeup brush, or makeup sponge. Wait for about a minute for the primer to dry before applying eye makeup.
