HOW TO USE:  Massage a liberal amount of balm onto dry skin in circular motions. Add water to build a light lather. Using a wet warm cloth gently remove cleansing balm from the face, hairline, and neck. For eye make up removal, apply to closed eyes and rinse immediately.
