Why won't dead skin cells come off?

The exfoliation method is only a small part of what our essence is used for. It is extremely gentle and often doesn't cause particles to appear. Most of the ingredients in our essence serve to hydrate, rejuvenate, and even one's skin tone.

Why isn't it thick and sticky?

>THICK does not equal HYDRATING... Thickness of a substance can serve to seal in moisture which our bean cream does well. However, if a substance is too thick then the moisture cannot penetrate the deepest layers of the skin. This is why our formulations are light-weight and non-poreclogging.

How should it be stored?

>Once opened, store in a cool place away from direct sunlight or in a refrigerator. We recommend storing the product cool in one place rather than alternating between room temperature and refrigeration.
