How to use:

For the facial roller:

- Use the big roller head for the cheeks and forehead

- Start in the middle of the face and roll outwards across the cheeks

- Move to the forehead and roll upwards from the eye brows. Then roll outwards till the temple

- Use the small roller head for the delicate under-eye area and work more preciously around the lip area

For the Gua Sha tool:

- Start with a clean face and prep your skin with a facial oil or hydrating facial moisturizer

- Keep the tool flat against the skin and start from the neck down to the collarbone to open up lymphatic nodes

- Place the curved edge on the chin and glide along the jawline till the ear. Repeat 4 to 5 times or more

- Move to the cheeks and forehead and gently glide upwards and outwards

- Use light pressure for the under-eye area to reduce eye bags and dark circles
