Black Obsidian Gua Sha Mushroom
The Gua Sha mushroom is a massage tool used for Gua Sha therapy, a traditional Chinese healing technique. The mushroom shape is designed to fit comfortably in the hand and provide a range of scraping surfaces to help target different areas of the face. Our Gua Sha mushroom tool is made of natural stone carefully selected and crafted by hand with care. 
Material:
Black obsidian is a natural volcanic glass that is formed when lava cools rapidly without forming crystals. Black obsidian encourages stimulation of the lymphatic system and circulation. It is great for acne prone skin.
*Due to natural variations in stone, every gua sha mushroom tool is unique in pattern and color.
How to use:
- Start with a clean face and prep your skin with a facial oil or hydrating facial moisturizer
- Hold the tool in your hand with the smooth, rounded edge facing down
- Begin at the center of your forehead, gently glide the tool in an upward and outward motion towards your hairline. Repeat this motion 5-10 times in the same area.
- Move down to your eyebrows and glide outward towards your temples
- Use light pressure for the under-eye area to reduce eye bags and dark circles
- Glide across the cheeks towards your ears, starting from the side of your nose
- For the neck area, glide downwards from the chin and the side of the neck to the collarbone for lymphatic drainage
Tool care:
Wash with water or facial cleanser/soap after each use. Put it back in the original box or the pouch to keep it clean.
